Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

The short version

These terms cover your use of digitalrighthand.com and the tools Digital Right Hand ("we," "us") provides, including any tool that connects to your Google account. By using the site or our tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The website

You can browse the site, take our quizzes, and book calls for free. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or anything connected to it.

Quiz results, estimates, and suggestions on this site are general information to help you think through your options. They aren't guarantees, and they aren't legal, tax, or financial advice.

Our services

Paid work (websites, automation, setup, and support) is covered by the proposal, agreement, or invoice we agree on together. If anything there conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Connecting your accounts

Some of our tools connect to accounts you own, such as Google Drive, when you sign in and give permission. When you connect an account:

  • You confirm you have the right to give us access to that account and its files.
  • We only use that access to do the tasks you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Tools that change files (for example, converting or resizing images) keep a backup of the originals where we've said they will. Even so, you're responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

Your content

Your files, photos, and business information stay yours. You give us permission to use them only as needed to do the work you ask for. Please only send us content you have the right to use.

Our work

The site's design, text, and our own tools belong to Digital Right Hand. What we build for you under a paid agreement is handled in that agreement.

No warranty

We work hard to make everything reliable, but the site and our tools are provided "as is." We can't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or right for every situation. Third-party services we connect to (like Google, Vercel, or Cal.com) have their own terms and can change or go down without notice.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digital Right Hand isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) from using the site or our tools. For free tools and the website, our total liability is limited to $100. For paid work, it's limited to what you paid us for that work.

Ending access

You can stop using the site or our tools at any time. We can suspend access if these terms are being misused.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
